INDUSTRIAL ULTRASONIC CLEANING TANKS, SUBMERSIBLE TANKS AND GENERATORS

Ultrasonic Frequencies

Cavitation, or vacuum aspiration, can occur at any ultrasonic frequency, but each transducer is specifically tuned to operate at a set frequency. Induma offers standardized cleaning systems at the frequencies of 25 kHz, 30 kHz, 40 kHz, and 50 kHz.

58kHz, 80kHz, 120kHz, 132kHz, 170kHz,192

kHz and 250 kHz.

  • Choose your frequency

  • Lower frequencies produce larger cavitation bubbles with stronger implosions for intense cleaning.

  • Higher frequencies produce smaller cavitation bubbles with gentler pulses for more delicate cleaning or to remove submicron particles.

Industrial Ultrasonic Tanks

The tanks are constructed of cavitation-resistant stainless steel, providing the optimal environment for precision cleaning and extended service life. The tanks are welded inside and out to ensure long service life.

Submersible Ultrasonic Transducers

The submersible transducers are also constructed of cavitation-resistant stainless steel. These transducers are an ideal way to introduce ultrasonic energy into existing tanks. Furthermore, the units are easily replaceable.

Ultrasonic Generators

The Sonic DigitalULC Premium Generator is the first choice for processes requiring up to 500W of power. All settings can be made directly on the generator and can be viewed on the integrated screen.
