LEAK TESTING FOR LARGE VOLUME PARTS

  • At Induma we design and manufacture assembly and testing equipment for parts and assemblies.

  • We distinguish ourselves through a deep knowledge of the technologies that lead to designing high-value equipment at a reasonable cost.

  • Leak testing is one of the technologies we have in-depth knowledge of. This allows us to design equipment for any application with the highest level of performance.

  • We would generally use the Induma AP-2-LV analyzer since its robust and flexible platform allows us to instrument the test for pressure drop, differential pressure drop or micro mass flow.

  • The AP-2-LV is configurable for small, medium, and large volume applications with options such as fast filling and early leak detection.

  • Design verified with Finite Element Analysis to ensure robustness.

  • Pneumatic slide with precision THK linear bearings.

  • Pneumatic press type “C” with structure made of structural steel and steel plate.

  • Tamping tool with protection for misassembled components.

  • Lower nest with support, part location and interchangeable rubber seal.

  • Guard made of structural aluminum and polycarbonate on two bottom sides.
