LEAK TESTING FOR LARGE VOLUME PARTS

  • At Induma we design and manufacture assembly and testing equipment for parts and assemblies.

  • We distinguish ourselves through a deep knowledge of the technologies that lead to designing high-value equipment at a reasonable cost.

  • Leak testing is one of the technologies we have in-depth knowledge of. This allows us to design equipment for any application with the highest level of performance.

  • We would generally use the Induma AP-2-LV analyzer since its robust and flexible platform allows us to instrument the test for pressure drop, differential pressure drop or micro mass flow.

  • The AP-2-LV is configurable for small, medium, and large volume applications with options such as fast filling and early leak detection.

Estructura robusta estilo "C" en acero estructural con pintura electrostática horneada, validada mediante Análisis de Elemento Finito (FEA).

Neumática y Precisión

Deslizadera neumática con rodamientos lineales THK de precisión y nido inferior con soporte y sellos de hule intercambiables.

Seguridad y Control (H&S)

Protección perimetral con policarbonato, cortinas de luz certificadas, botones de arranque de tacto suave e interruptores termomagnéticos generales.
