PARTS MEASURING EQUIPMENT IN PRODUCTION

At Induma, we design and manufacture equipment for the verification and testing of parts and assemblies. We provide versatile, high-precision technological solutions tailored to the needs of each application.

Our equipment is built on a pre-designed AP-2-LV-D platform that combines high performance with flexibility by incorporating short cycle times, accelerated information processing, connectivity to control and communication networks, and manufacturing tools such as Statistical Production Control.

MEASUREMENT METHODS

LASER SENSING MEASUREMENT

With a high density of measurements per linear centimeter, high precision and great analytical capacity, this method allows us to obtain complete geometric profiles of the parts.

The generated profile is analyzed to determine if the part meets the requirement. This typically involves dimensioning specific points, slopes and angles, endpoints, centers and reference points, profile changes, hole detection and measurement, and virtually any other specific geometric feature.

CONTACT MEASUREMENT

Through the use of linear transducers and probes, this system allows us to accurately measure specific points.

The loading and handling of parts can be manual or automatic and can usually be integrated with other production processes.

VISION MEASUREMENT

The use of vision systems allows us to measure geometric features while simultaneously verifying discrete features, which provides great flexibility.
